Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to tailor product benefits.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail for issue resolution.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients' needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase online banking.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
