Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while complying with policies and risk controls.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations; license within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Educate clients on digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
