JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and technology-driven service. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to tailor solutions and support the branch's success.

You will build trust through consultative conversations, educate clients on digital options, and work with a team of professionals to address diverse financial needs while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client growth.
• Excellent, tailored communication to explain product benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and empathy.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required or pursued within 180 days.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and online banking.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
