Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong active listening.
• Adheres to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements; complete training as needed.
• Must have high school diploma or GED; licenses required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, welcoming service.
• Proactively manage and meet with assigned clients to build relationships.
• Explain banking solutions and cross-sell suitable products and services.
• Assist clients using Chase digital tools and maintain security practices.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists as needed.
