Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills with clients in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses; unlicensed must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and coordinate with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
