Zions Bank in Orem, Utah is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker to deliver full-service banking with a strong emphasis on sales and service, open new accounts and refer products.

You will work to build lasting customer relationships, resolve issues, and may assist on the Teller line as needed. A Federal Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred in financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to sell and refer banking products.
• Basic math and cash-handling capabilities.
• Proficient in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service banking to new and existing customers with a focus on sales and service.
• Open new accounts, consumer loans, and refer other banking products as applicable.
• Resolve client concerns through direct action or referrals.
• Make referrals for other bank products and services, including lending.
• Assist on the Teller line as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
