Job summary

Zions Bank is looking for a service-oriented banking professional in Idaho to provide full-service branch support with a focus on sales and customer engagement. You will open accounts, assist with loans, and refer products to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate financial transactions, and building lasting relationships with clients. Prior retail banking experience and basic computer skills are required; Spanish/English bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years experience in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Previous experience in a financial sales representative oriented role preferred.
• Working knowledge of mathematical calculations and standard banking products, services and transactions.
• Proficient in basic computer skills; bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-service banking services to new and existing customers within the branch, with a primary focus on sales and service.
• Open new accounts, consumer loans, and refer other banking products as applicable.
• Resolve client concerns through direct personal action or by referring clients to other bank department resources.
• Make appropriate referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products.
• Potentially perform cash transactions, open or update accounts, originate and close consumer or small business loans.
• Establish, expand, and maintain a strong customer relationship by providing extensive and personalized service.
