Job summary

Zions Bank in Twin Falls, Idaho, seeks a Branch Relationship Banker to deliver full-service banking and personalized service in a busy branch. You will open new accounts, process consumer loans, and guide customers toward relevant banking products, while answering inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ years in sales or teller roles, with strong math, communication, and cross-selling abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years experience in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing or other directly related experience.
• Previous experience in a financial sales representative oriented role preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-service banking services to new and existing customers within the branch, with a primary focus on sales and service.
• Open new accounts, consumer loans, and refer other banking products as applicable.
• Resolve client concerns through direct personal action or by referring clients to an alternative bank department resources.
• Make appropriate referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products.
• Potentially perform cash transactions, open or update accounts, originate and close consumer or small business loans.
• Establish, expand, and maintain a strong customer relationship by providing extensive and personalized service focused on the specific needs of each banking customer.
• May assist on the Teller line as business need dictates
• Perform other duties as assigned.
