Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Utah. You will build client relationships across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels while explaining deposit and loan products, and tailoring solutions to customers’ goals.

You’ll open accounts, process requests, and promote self-service digital tools to enhance the client experience. Working from a U.S. Bank location, you’ll partner with branch teams, comply with NMLS requirements, and deliver exceptional service while growing trust

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across multiple channels to provide counsel.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and tailor solutions to goals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Promote digital products and self-service tools to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with branch teams to serve clients and maintain accuracy.
