Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker in Twin Falls Eastland area. You will provide full-service banking, focus on sales, open new accounts, and refer banking products to meet client needs while delivering personalized service.

The role emphasizes client engagement, cross-selling, problem resolution, and teamwork within a retail banking environment. Strong communication and bilingual abilities are valued as part of excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing or other related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Previous experience in a financial sales representative oriented role preferred.
• Working knowledge of retail banking products, services and transactions.
• Proven customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-service banking services to new and existing customers within the branch, with a primary focus on sales and service.
• Open new accounts, consumer loans, and refer other banking products as applicable.
• Resolve client concerns through direct personal action or by referring clients to other bank department resources.
• Make appropriate referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products.
• Potentially perform cash transactions, open or update accounts, originate and close consumer or small business loans.
• Establish, expand, and maintain a strong customer relationship by providing extensive and personalized service.
• May assist on the Teller line as business need dictates
• Perform other duties as assigned.
