Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming branch.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to deepen relationships.
• Explain and tailor product and service features to meet client needs with empathy.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with branch specialists.
• Adhere to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
