• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage assigned clients and build lasting relationships in person and by phone.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
