You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using your financial knowledge to provide thoughtful solutions for clients’ financial needs and daily banking convenience. The role requires building trust through consultative conversations, educating clients on Chase technology, and collaborating with experts to meet diverse financial goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state licenses (63 if required), Life licenses or enrollment in JPM licensing program.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, procedures, and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
