Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful branch banking experience with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Experience opening deposit accounts and discussing consumer lending products.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services and ability to identify customer needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking technology platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with the local market and community is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial conversations to understand customer goals and recommend solutions.
• Open consumer and business deposit accounts and process applications.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals to meet office goals.
