Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in banking or related role with proven sales success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong multitasking, attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the Lancaster area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals by profiling, tailoring solutions, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets through cross-selling and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements to minimize risk.
• Maintain accuracy when opening deposit accounts and processing loan applications.
• Refer clients to other lines of business to foster collaboration.
