ACNB Bank, a well-established community bank in Northern Maryland, is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to own client relationships and grow a profitable loan portfolio. Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial lending experience, including portfolio management.
• Ability to win, retain, and grow commercial relationships through consultative selling.
• Strong credit fundamentals and experience analyzing financial statements.
• Knowledge of lending policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active involvement in local civic and community organizations.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and manage a profitable commercial loan portfolio within Hunt Valley, Frederick and/or Carroll County markets.
• Develop strong relationships through proactive calling, referrals, and community involvement.
• Identify client credit needs and introduce Treasury Management, Insurance, Wealth Management, and Mortgage solutions.
• Structure and recommend sound credit requests by analyzing financial statements and cash flow.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver high-touch service to commercial customers.
• Exercise lending authority within bank policy and guidelines.
