Job summary

ACNB Bank is seeking a Regional Community Banking Sales Manager to lead a team across Carroll and Frederick Counties, MD. You will work with senior leadership to drive performance, develop future leaders, and strengthen customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service.

You will oversee multiple branches, execute market strategies, coach managers, and expand deposits and lending. Travel is required within the region; a valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive banking experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Track record of sales growth, business development, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking, consumer lending, and relationship management.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Passion for community involvement and building lasting customer relationships.
• Proficient PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support Community Banking Managers across the region.
• Execute strategies for sales and business development with measurable results.
• Build strong client and community relationships to expand market presence.
• Champion an outstanding customer experience across all locations.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Identify growth opportunities and execute team objectives.
• Represent the bank at community events and business forums.
• Travel regularly within Carroll and Frederick Counties; valid driver's license required.
