ACNB Bank in Westminster, MD is seeking a Community Banking Supervisor to lead the College Square Office team. You will supervise the Community Banking Associate, coach staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and drive exceptional customer service while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a Community Banking Associate (Teller) with working knowledge of operational and administrative branch banking functions
• Leadership and management skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and effective communication
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Capacity to lift and move currency/coin (up to 50 lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in supervising, coaching, and mentoring the Community Banking Associate team to meet performance expectations and maintain teamwork
• Ensure high-quality customer service and promptly address inquiries and service deficiencies
• Maintain precision in balancing and managing vaults, currency, and coin levels with adherence to controls and regulatory requirements
• Identify sales opportunities and refer to other departments to support office goals
• Mitigate risks through compliance with policies, procedures, and security protocols
