Responsibilities

• Makes recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves weekly sales/referral goals.
• Incorporates FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Inputs and maintains data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Performs routine teller transactions and other operational duties.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Upholds risk management and regulatory compliance per policy.
