Base Pay Range

$55,000.00/yr - $73,700.00/yr

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive retail or community banking experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to reach performance goals and deliver superior customer experiences.
• Sales & Service Acumen: Skilled in identifying customer needs, promoting financial solutions, and fostering a culture of relationship‑based selling.
• Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and branch operations.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and core banking systems; embraces digital tools to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. of currency/coin as needed.

• Operational Oversight: Manage branch operations including vault balancing, compliance, and risk controls with precision and integrity.
• Collaborate for Growth: Partner with internal business lines such as Wealth Management, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Commercial Lending to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
