You will work in a fast-paced branch environment, handling accounts, deposits, and lending inquiries while promoting self-service options. This role emphasizes sales, referrals, and compliant operations within banking regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or 1+ years in retail sales/financial services required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and with initiative.
• Proficient with desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones; MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships and educate customers on Seacoast Bank products.
• Prepare for and conduct customer interactions; build rapport.
• Ask questions to understand financial goals and match products.
• Close sales and request referrals from customers.
• Explain products clearly; enroll customers in self-service options.
• Open and process accounts and related banking tasks following AML/BSA policies.
• Maintain compliance with conduct and security procedures.
