Seacoast Bank Careers is seeking a Commercial Banker to connect business owners with banking solutions and drive growth. You will collaborate with line of business partners to develop and manage a client relationship, assess loan applications, and monitor portfolio performance across products.

The role requires strong relationship-building, in-market presence, and adherence to banking regulations. You will be expected to support community engagement and contribute to profitability and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance or related major.
• 5+ years in business development, business analytics and diagnosis via commercial lending sales and portfolio management.
• 2+ years financial services experience in Treasury Management, Wealth Management, and Consumer Banking.

Responsibilities

• Attends to the needs of customers seeking financial services.
• Interviews customers to develop information concerning their businesses or personal needs to determine strategy or other financial services as appropriate.
• Makes decisions on loans and terms within own lending limits, or recommends on significant loans to the Commercial Banking Executive.
• Develops and maintains a book of business.
• Engages with Line of Business Partners to identify referral opportunities and expand relationships.
• Monitors portfolio and loan risk, reviews documents, and ensures timely reporting and annual reviews.
