Seacoast Bank is seeking a Sr. Client Advisor to grow customer relationships and revenue by understanding financial needs and matching Seacoast products. The role also mentors frontline associates by coaching, call monitoring, and developing staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or 2+ years in retail sales/financial services preferred.
• Proven track record in sales or customer service with goals achieved.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build rapport with customers to increase relationships and revenue.
• Serve as a mentor to front-line staff through coaching and call monitoring.
• Handle high call volume and live chat for personal banking and technical issues.
• Open and maintain customer accounts while ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support Center and other teams to meet QA standards.
• Travel to different branches within the local region as needed.
