Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 12 months cash handling experience required.
• Minimum of 12 months previous experience in retail sales and/or financial services experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and occasional non-bank hours.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• PC proficiency with Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices, plus Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process checks, cash and negotiable instrument transactions per policy.
• Ensure branch adheres to AML/BSA requirements and audit procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy.
• Assist with outbound customer interactions and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Maintain and update compliance documents.
