Job summary

WellStar Health System is seeking a senior leader to direct all activities for a rehabilitation service area within the Rehabilitation Division. The role requires overseeing care standards, policy compliance, and coordination with physicians to deliver high-quality services efficiently.

You will manage staff, budgets, and regulatory adherence while fostering collaboration across departments to achieve excellent patient outcomes and cost-effectiveness within WellStar’s network.

Qualifications

• Masters in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• All licenses and certifications required upon hire.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in rehabilitative services.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery of patient care across the rehabilitation division.
• Ensures compliance with system standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manages staff performance, scheduling, and ongoing education.
• Oversees budgeting, productivity, and cost controls for the program.
• Collaborates with physicians and other departments to ensure high-quality care.
