Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia seeks a Senior Rehabilitation Services leader to direct all activities for an area within the Rehabilitation Division, implementing standards of practice and ensuring high-quality patient care.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance (JCAHO, CARF), coordinate with physicians and other departments, and foster a collaborative environment that supports Wellstar's mission and delivers compassionate care at a reasonable cost.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a rehabilitation discipline or related field is required.
• All certifications/licensure required upon hire unless stated otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of patient care across rehabilitative services.
• Maintain safe, therapeutic environment and ensure current standards/practices are followed.
• Oversee staff competency, performance, and education; manage HR activities.
• Coordinate accreditation/regulatory compliance with JCAHO and CARF standards.
• Assist with budget development, productivity measures, and cost control.
• Promote teamwork and effective collaboration with physicians and other departments.
