Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead and manage the rehab department across facilities. This role drives clinical excellence, staff engagement, and interdepartmental collaboration while aligning with financial goals and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee therapy services, ensure accurate documentation and billing, and maintain licensure compliance, with opportunities for professional growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Degree in PT/OT/SLP from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience in therapy roles.
• Current and active license in PT/OT/SLP (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assign patient scheduling and delegate departmental responsibilities to staff as needed.
• Supervise, train, evaluate, and support team members to maintain high standards of care.
• Participate in recruitment and interview processes for departmental staff.
• Ensure compliance with Reliant Rehabilitation and facility policies and procedures.
• Oversee documentation to reflect patient status, outcomes, and payer requirements.
• Foster collaboration across departments to support efficiency and quality of care.
• Maintain open communication with facility administration on goals, risks, and achievements.
• Represent Reliant Rehabilitation’s therapy services to the public and medical community.
• Monitor and manage departmental revenue and expenses to meet budget targets.
