Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the management of a multidisciplinary staff in rehabilitative services.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital environment.
• Licenses/certifications required: CRC, LCSW, LMSW, OT, PT, RN (incl. multi-state), SLP as applicable in GA.
• Education: Bachelors or Masters in specified fields or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery of patient care and ensures safe, therapeutic environment.
• Oversees compliance with standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manages staff recruitment, credentialing, performance and professional development.
• Collaborates with physicians and other departments to optimize rehabilitative care.
• Ensures cost-effective operations and maintains patient/customer satisfaction.
