Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, counseling, or a related health field, or advanced PT/OT/SLP/SW.
• Active licenses/certifications as listed: GA RN/OT/PT/SLP/SW licenses or equivalents.
• Minimum 5 years managing multidisciplinary rehabilitation staff.
• Minimum 3 years clinical hospital experience.
• Strong interpersonal, time management and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with standards, policies, and budgets.
