Job summary

WelbeHealth’s PACE program delivers comprehensive rehabilitation services to align with the care of seniors in their homes and communities. The Rehabilitation Manager coordinates therapy programs, leads the IDT approach, and ensures compliance with standards while guiding staff and participants.

You will oversee speech therapy programs, contract management, and regulatory compliance, while partnering with Center Director and Clinical Services Director to address staffing and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy with five years of rehab experience.
• 2+ years direct rehab management/leadership experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire, and maintained thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Provide program knowledge, analytical leadership, and administrative guidance in day-to-day therapy program management.
• Oversee therapy staff performance and ensure services meet regulatory standards.
• Oversee contract management for speech therapy as needed.
• Ensure compliance with rehabilitation, PACE, and ADHC regulations.
• Communicate staffing and policy needs with Center Director and Clinical Services Director.
• Conduct home visits to supervise therapy services in the home.
