Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a PACE Rehabilitation Manager in California to oversee the rehabilitation department and lead a team of therapists. The role includes clinical supervision within scope, staff development, and ensuring regulatory compliance for home health OT/PT/SLP services.

The position follows a Monday-Friday schedule (8am-4:30pm) with emphasis on quality care, team cohesion, and efficient operations to support seniors in the PACE program.

Qualifications

• Boards/licensure in Occupational or Physical Therapy as applicable.
• Experience managing inter-disciplinary therapy teams and programs.
• Knowledge of CMS/PACE regulatory requirements and home-care settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the rehabilitation department operations and supervision.
• Lead, coach, and develop licensed therapy staff (OT/PT/SLP) and aides.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across therapies.
• Manage scheduling, workload balance, and service coverage.
• Oversee DME processes and home health therapy provision.
