Qualifications

• Master's degree in rehabilitation counseling or related field plus four years of independent counseling experience, with supervisory experience; or CRCC certification with four years of independent counseling experience including supervisory experience; or equivalent.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating services in a VR setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of 35 and oversee Independent Living services across multiple counties.
• Provide administrative, clinical, and case management supervision, training, and program planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, and coordinate with partners and providers.
