Health & Human Services seeks a Casework Associate I for the Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities (EIPD) in Wayne County at the WorkSource East Training Center. The role manages rehabilitation plans for students referred by EIPD counselors, documenting services and coordinating with staff and community partners.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in case management or counseling with people with disabilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the student rehabilitation plan.
• Document service provision and maintain student records.
