Job summary

ServiceSource seeks a Rehabilitation Specialist III to provide clerical and fiscal support for counseling and administrative staff. You will handle data entry, accounts payable tasks, travel reimbursements, and reporting within the Rehabilitation Information Management System (RIMS).

Based out of Old Town, Florida, with support across the Lake City area, you will collaborate with Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors and community partners to assist consumers in their rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and basic graphics applications.
• Experience with database systems and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clerical and fiscal support for counseling and administrative staff.
• Submit expenses and manage travel reimbursements timely.
• Prepare and reconcile invoices and reports as requested.
