Job summary

ServiceSource in Florida is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist III who will provide clerical and fiscal support for the counseling and administrative staff. Responsibilities include accounts payable, travel reimbursements, timesheets, DVR invoicing, and generating Rehabilitation Information Management System reports.

The role requires an AA/AS or a high school diploma with two years related work, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and computer skills; located in Old Town with

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• High school diploma or GED with 2 years relevant experience may substitute for an AA
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for work-related travel required

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and fiscal support for counseling/administrative staff
• Process Accounts Payable; submit forms for payments and travel reimbursements
• Prepare and reconcile DVR invoices; generate RIMS reports (e.g., Outstanding Authorization, Annual Review)
• Assist Rehabilitation Specialists with training; cover workloads when staff are out
• Assist consumers with scheduling appointments and orientation; maintain case file documentation
• Engage with community entities and employers to expedite services and participate in outreach
