Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist III to provide clerical and fiscal support to counseling and administrative staff. You will handle accounts payable, travel reimbursements, timesheets, and DVR invoice processing, while generating RIMS reports for leadership.

You will interact with consumers and assist with scheduling, orientations, and community outreach, ensuring compliance with CRC ethics and WIOA deliverables. A flexible, detail-oriented team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (AA/AS) in business, accounting, social service or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED plus two years work-related experience may substitute for an associate degree.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform typing, filing, record keeping, copying and other clerical tasks including answering phones.
• Support Accounts Payable; process payments, travel requests and reimbursements, and timesheets.
• Manage DVR invoices and payment processing; prepare and reconcile RIMS reports or similar performance reports.
• Assist other Rehabilitation Specialists with training as needed and cover workloads when staff are out.
• Interact with consumers under VRC direction to assist rehabilitation programs and schedule appointments.
• Provide information to community entities and participate in community events.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; process outgoing mail.
• Review CRC Code of Ethics Guidelines and assist with referrals and orientations.
