Job summary

ServiceSource, Inc. is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist III to support counseling and administrative staff with clerical and fiscal duties in Old Town, Florida.

The role covers accounts payable, travel reimbursements, DVR invoicing, and producing RIMS reports while helping consumers with their rehabilitation programs and appointments under the guidance of the Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. The position will involve coordinating with the VRCs, handling orientation, and assisting in

Qualifications

• AA/AS preferred in business, accounting, social service or related field.
• HS diploma or GED with 2 years related experience may substitute for an AA/AS.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical tasks: typing, filing, record keeping, and answering phones.
• Support Accounts Payable; handle travel requests and reimbursements, process timesheets.
• Manage DVR invoice processing and generate RIMS reports as requested by leadership.
• Assist consumers with rehabilitation programs and scheduling; orient clients in office or virtually.
• Collaborate with VRCs and community partners to expedite services for consumers.
