Job summary

ServiceSource is a dedicated organization supporting people with disabilities, providing clerical and fiscal support to counseling and administrative staff in Florida. The Rehabilitation Specialist III role includes handling accounts payable, reimbursements, timesheets, and DVR-related processes.

The position involves assisting consumers with rehabilitation programs, coordinating appointments, and engaging with community partners to expedite services and participate in educational events.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree preferred in business, accounting, social services or related field.
• High school diploma or GED plus two years work-related experience may substitute for an associate degree.
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation for work-related travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and fiscal support for counseling and administrative staff.
• Process accounts payable and travel reimbursements; manage timesheets and expenses.
• Manage DVR invoices payment and generate RIMS reports; assist training when needed.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating with VRCs; help consumers with rehabilitation programs.
• Engage with community entities and assist in orientations and community events.
