ServiceSource Inc. is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist III to provide clerical and fiscal support for the counseling and administrative staff. This role will be housed out of OldTown, Florida, and will also support the LakeCity, Florida area.

Responsibilities include accounts payable, travel reimbursements, timesheets, DVR invoices, and generating RIMS reports. Strong communication and data management skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Database experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable, travel requests, and timesheets.
• Assist with DVR invoices processing and RIMS reports.
• Support training and coordination across offices and community outreach.
