Job summary

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, budget oversight, onboarding, performance coaching, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Bachelor's program in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Audiology.
• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Audiology preferred.
• Current North Carolina licensure and applicable certification/registry.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of rehabilitation services clinics to ensure safe and effective care.
• Lead staff, supervise, coach, and mentor to improve performance and patient outcomes.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and budget utilization for the department.
• Collaborate with APP, pharmacy, radiology, lab, PRMO to resolve workflow issues.
• Lead interview process, onboarding, and personnel actions.
