Job summary

Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina, seeks an Assistant Manager for Rehabilitation Services. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure safe, effective patient care across therapy disciplines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Bachelor's program in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Audiology.
• Current North Carolina licensure and applicable certification/registry to practice.
• Experience in rehabilitation leadership or related management roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of rehab clinics to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Oversee staffing, schedules, training, and performance coaching.
• Collaborate with managers/directors and other departments to improve workflow.
• Support compliance with regulatory standards and quality initiatives.
