Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, access metrics, and service recovery.
• Supervise clinic staff (non-nursing), scheduling, duties, performance evaluation, and training.
• Monitor and manage operational metrics; participate in budget planning for labor and supplies.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and standard work processes to improve patient outcomes and efficiency.
