Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or LTAC setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with therapy teams and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the rehabilitation unit.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff.
• Monitor resident progress and intervene promptly for changes in condition.
• Collaborate with therapy teams to support rehab outcomes and safe discharges.
• Lead care plan meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
