Job summary

Linley Park Post Acute in Anderson, SC is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (LPN) to provide clinical leadership for an assigned resident care unit. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor resident status, and participate in care plan meetings to drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in South Carolina.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Leadership and on-call rotation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the unit.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff.
• Monitor resident conditions and intervene as needed.
• Conduct rounds and address concerns.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges.
• Maintain regulatory-compliant documentation.
• Participate in care plan meetings.
• Support survey readiness and quality improvement.
