Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. We pride ourselves on patient-centered care and a supportive environment for our staff.

We’re seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to provide clinical leadership for an assigned resident care unit and to lead the nursing team toward exceptional resident outcomes. This full-time role oversees daily operations, mentors staff, ensures regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted South Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, care planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must maintain licensure in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned resident care unit
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff
• Monitor resident conditions and intervene promptly on changes in status
• Conduct rounds and address resident, family, and staff concerns
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team conferences
• Support survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives
• Partner with physicians, therapists, and department leaders to achieve positive resident outcomes
• Assist with staff development, coaching, education, and performance management
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment focused on resident care excellence
