Linley Park Post Acute in Anderson, SC seeks an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to provide clinical leadership for an assigned resident care unit. This role oversees daily operations, supports nursing staff, promotes regulatory compliance, and participates in an on-call rotation including one weekday per week and one weekend every four weeks.

The position offers a salary of $85,000–$90,000 annually with medical/dental/vision and life insurance, PTO and 401(k) with company match, and opportunities

Formación

• Current, unrestricted South Carolina RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, care planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned resident care unit.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely intervention for changes in status.
• Conduct rounds and address resident, family, and staff concerns.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary conferences.
• Support survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
• Partner with physicians, therapists, and department leaders to achieve positive resident outcomes.
• Assist with staff development, coaching, education, and performance management.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment focused on resident care excellence.
