Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Plainwell, MI is seeking a Director of Rehab (COTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a full-time, salaried role with quarterly bonus potential.

The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP), manage department operations, and support clinical excellence to empower therapists and improve residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred in a rehab setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (COTA) to join our Plainwell, MI Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Full-Time, Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential
• Open to a COTA with Prior Management Experience Preferred
• Salary for COTA Starting at $70,000 based on experience and qualifying interview

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.
