Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Marshall, MI is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week, flexible scheduling, and PRN options with an hourly rate starting at $29/hour based on experience and interview performance.

A COTA will perform direct care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to maximize residents' functional potential across daily life activities.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state of employment
• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy

Responsibilities

• Performs direct care under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.
• Provides therapy-related activities and documentation under OT supervision to support resident goals.
