Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Houghton Lake, MI is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (COTA, SLP) to lead our skilled nursing therapy program. This full‑time role (30–40 hours per week) is salaried with quarterly bonus potential and offers a collaborative, impactful environment.

You will oversee therapy services (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA), manage operations, and support clinical excellence to improve residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a PTA, COTA, or OT
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
