Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Support Associate in West Bend. Join a fast-paced outpatient rehab team, providing direct patient contact, assisting therapists, and handling scheduling and registration.

Monday–Friday with a closing shift, no weekend work, and a 34-hour work week. Responsibilities include preparing modalities, assisting with gait training, maintaining records, and ensuring a clean, safe therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Graduate.
• Experience in health care or health care education preferred (1 year).
• Proficient communication and customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct patient contact under supervision, including patient positioning and gait training.
• Support therapist efficiency by timely start of treatments and problem solving.
• Handle registration, scheduling, cashiering, and patient flow to ensure courteous care.
• Maintain department files, records, and insurance verifications as needed.
• Clean and disinfect treatment areas and ensure equipment is in good working order.
